Abstract
The quality standards in an industry are utilized as a measure of the quality of services or products provided. This study aims to design quality attributes in the aqiqah catering industry. The methods employed in this research are SERVQUAL and quality function deployment. SERVQUAL is utilized to design the voice of the customer, which will subsequently become the quality attributes of the aqiqah catering industry. The samples were collected using purposive sampling. The findings of this research indicate that two dimensions of empathy have a median value of 5 (strongly agree), namely friendliness and sellers providing price classifications. Additionally, one tangible dimension, namely sellers must have comprehensive facilities, also has a median value of 5. Besides these three attributes, the median value for the other attributes is 4. Based on these median values, these quality attributes can be used as a measure of quality attributes in the aqiqah catering industry. Keywords : Aqiqah, QFD, SERVQUAL, VOC, Catering Standar Kualitas pada suatu industri digunakan sebagai alat ukur terhadap kualitas jasa atau produk yang diberikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyusun standar kualitas pada industri katering aqiqah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SERVQUAL dan quality function deployment. SERVQUAL digunakan untuk menyusun voice of customer. Voice of customer tersebut yang nantinya akan menjadi standar kualitas industri katering aqiqah. Sample dikumpulkan dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukan dua dimensi empathy memiliki nilai median 5 (sangat setuju), yaitu ramah dan penjual memberikan klasifikasi harga. Selain itu salah satu dimensi tangible yaitu penjual harus memiliki fasilitas yang lengkap juga memiliki nilai median 5. Selain dari ketiga standar tersebut nilai median adalah 4. Berdasarkan nilai media tersebut standar kualitas tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai nilai ukur standar kualitas industri katering aqiqah. Kata Kunci : Aqiqah, QFD, SERVQUAL, VOC, Katering
