Abstract

Pengelolaan kios merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang berbasis web yang membantu pemilik dalam laporan tentang kios, laporan tentang pedagang dan tentang iuran pedagang. Dalam hal ini banyak kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pencarian data-data yang akan diperlukan, mengontrol masa berlaku penyewaan kios, tunggakan iuran. dan lambatnya pembuatan laporan. Perancangan Aplikasi Penerimaan Pendapatan Kios di H Zuhri Centre Berbasis Web ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang akan terjadi dan dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek yaitu Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan model dari analisis dan design sistem yang dibuat. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan MySQL database. Dari permasalahan yang terjadi, pembuatan aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol pengelolaan kios seperti mengontrol pembayaran iuran, mengontrol tunggakan iuran, mengontrol masa berlaku penyewaan pedagang, sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Kios, data pedagang, laporan penyewa dan laporan Kiosk management is one of the web-based application that helps owner in the report about the stall, reports on merchants and on merchant fees. In this case the many obstacles faced in the search data will be necessary, control the validity period of the rental kiosk, delinquent dues. and the slow pace of preparation of reports. Revenue Receipt Kiosk Application Design di H Zuhri Centre-Based Web is built using waterfall method to overcome the problems that would occur and in the development of this system using object-oriented analysis method that is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the model of analysis and design system created , The programming language used is PHP and the MySQL database. Of the issues involved, making this application can be used to control the management of kiosks such as controlling payment of dues, dues arrears control, control the validity period of leasing traders, so it becomes more effective and efficient.
