Abstract
Defects in products can cause poor quality and loss of working time. In the Finishing Line 2 section, a defect has occurred in the guitar product. From January to December the total production was 49,675 pcs and the highest percentage of rejects was in January, July, August, September, October with a percentage of 12%. This type of research concerns defects in the F 310 BL guitar. The method used in this research is the Quality Control Cycle (QCC) method, namely by explaining defect problems so that damage does not occur to the F 310 BL guitar. This is based on data that has been taken based on the previous period. As analysis material, the author collected data on defects in the finishing process in the period JanuaryDecember 2022, where after collecting the data, several types of defects were obtained during the finishing process. Based on the improvements that have been made using the quality control circle method, it was found that the previous defective product results were 9% stain to 4%, Muke 10% to 5%, Bolong 23% to 3%, Dekok 19% to 4%, Binding muke 17% to 5%, runny nose 8% to 2%. Less sending 13% to 3%. Then for defects per month improvements fell from 12% to 3%. This has an ongoing effect on the total defects in Line 2 which the company has set at 10%. Keywords: QCC, Fishbone, FMEA, Chart p, 5W+1H Defect pada produk dapat menyebabkan terjadinya nilai mutu tidak baik dan kerugian pada waktu kerja. di bagian Finishing Line 2 telah terjadi defect pada produk gitar. Dari bulan Januari sampai bulan Desember jumlah produksi 49,675 pcs dan presentase reject yang tertinggi ialah di bulan Januari, juli, agustus, september, oktober dengan presentase 12%.Jenis penelitian ini mengenai Defect pada Gitar F 310 BL. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quality Control Cyrcle (QCC) yaitu dengan memaparkan permasalahan Defect agar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada Gitar F 310 BL Hal ini berdasarkan data-data yang sudah diambil berdarkan periode sebelumnya. Sebagai bahan analisa penulis memperoleh pengumpulan data defect pada proses Finishing pada periode JanuariDesember 2022, dimana setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data tersebut diperoleh beberapa jenis defect yang dihasilkan pada proses Finishing. Berdasarkan perbaikan yang telah dilakukan dengan metode quality control circle, maka didapati hasil produk defect sebelumnya Noda 9 % menjadi 4%, Muke 10% menjadi 5%, Bolong 23% menjadi 3%, Dekok 19% menjadi 4%, Binding muke 17% menjadi 5%, Meler 8% Menjadi 2%. Kurang sending 13% menjadi 3%. Kemudian untuk Defect per Bulan perbaikan turun dari 12% menjadi 3 %. Secara berlangsung berpengaruh terhadap total Defect di Line 2 yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan 10%. Kata Kunci: QCC, Diagram Pareto, FMEA, Peta p, 5W+1H
