Abstract

The quality of computer network security, which includes measures to block unauthorized access, is currently very important for any company or institution that uses internet services. To improve employee productivity in completing their tasks by restricting access to unrelated websites, especially YouTube, one solution is to use an Access Control List (ACL). This Access Control List can restrict access to YouTube in the network of PT Mandjur Sehat Abadi using Mikrotik RB 1100. The aim of this research is to restrict access to YouTube in the network of PT Mandjur Sehat Abadi to enhance employee productivity by ensuring that employees focus on their work and complete their tasks effectively. The expected result of this research is that employees will no longer be able to access YouTube during working hours, thereby increasing their productivity in completing their tasks at PT Mandjur Sehat Abadi. Keywords : Network Security, Access Control List, Internet Network Kualitas keamanan jaringan komputer yang meliputi tindakan untuk memblokir akses yang tidak sah saat ini merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan atau institusi yang menggunakan layanan internet. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan membatasi hak akses situs web yang tidak terkait, terutama hanya untuk situs YouTube. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan Access Control List (ACL). Access Control List ini dapat membatasi hak akses situs youtube di jaringan PT Mandjur Sehat Abadi menggunakan Mikrotik RB 1100. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membatasi hak akses layanan situs Youtube di jaringan PT Mandjur Sehat Abadi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dengan memastikan bahwa karyawan fokus pada pekerjaan mereka dan karyawan dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya secara efektif. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan tidak bisa lagi mengakses situs youtube pada saat jam kerja, serta meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya di PT Mandjur Sehat Abadi. Kata kunci: Kemanan Jaringan, Access Control List, Jaringan Internet
