Abstract

The aim of this research is to ascertain the efficacy of the BAS application in aiding and streamlining troubleshooting processes for field workers. Additionally, it seeks to assist these field workers in enhancing their potential and optimizing time management during task execution. The methodology employed involves a prototype-based approach. Steps encompass potential and problem analysis through preliminary studies via literature review and field research. Data collection is executed through observations and interviews. The research findings conclude that leveraging technology within mobile operating systems facilitates problem-solving and fulfills the diverse job-related needs. It also highlights the benefits for knowledge enhancement and educational platforms, prioritizing and upholding educational ethics, particularly in the field of information technology. Keywords: Application, Data, Network, Android Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bahwa pada aplikasi BAS dapat membantu dan memudahkan pada saat troubleshoot oleh pekerja di lapangan. Juga membantu para pekerja di lapangan dalam meningkatkan potensi juga mengoptimalkan pemakaian waktu ketika mengerjakan sesuatu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype. Langkah-langkah meliputi analisis potensi dan masalah dengan cara studi pendahuluan melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pada sistem operasi mobile dapat mempermudah atau membantu melakukan penyelesaian masalah juga memenuhi kebutuhan akan berbagai aktivitas pekerjaan. Memiliki manfaat bagi ilmu pengetahuan dan sarana pendidikan dikarenakan pada penelitian ini sangatlah mengedepankan dan menjunjung tinggi moral pendidikan, terutama di bidang teknik informatika.
