Abstract

Asset Management is a management and recording to determine the value of assets in a company. Companies can maintain the value of its assets to maintain stability and minimize the risk of loss by carrying out asset management and its cycle. The Orcha application was created to meet the management needs of an asset management information system so that it can organize records properly in minimizing the risk of errors.All transactions recorded in this business management's financial books are not merely historical information. The Orcha application provides reports related to recording the results of expenses and income in daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as inventory asset management and transaction management. The purpose of making the Orcha application is to change the manual process to digitalization based on android, making the process flow real-time. In making the Orcha application, the method used is Agile with the Scrum Framework. The Agile method with the Scrum Framework was chosen to provide the highest possible selling value of a product actively and continuously between the developer and the client, as well as simplifying the software development process as needed. This application will be created using the Java and PHP programming languages with Json, Xml, Container, Kubernetes and MySQL databases. With the Orcha application, it is hoped that it can assist business actors in managing asset management in the Sel-Sel Retail Beverage. Keywords: Orcha, Asset Management, Recording, Agile, Android Manajemen Aset adalah suatu pengelolaan dan pencatatan untuk mengetahui nilai aset pada suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan dapat mempertahankan nilai asetnya untuk menjaga stabilitas dan meminimalkan resiko kerugian dengan melakukan aset manajemen beserta siklusnya. Aplikasi Orcha dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengelolaan sistem informasi manajemen aset sehingga dapat mengorganisir pencatatan dengan benar dalam meminimalisir resiko kesalahan. Seluruh transaksi yang dicatat dalam pembukuan keuangan manajemen bisnis ini tidak hanya semata-mata menjadi informasi history belaka. Aplikasi Orcha memberikan laporan terkait pencatatan hasil pengeluaran dan pemasukan dalam report harian, mingguan dan bulanan serta pengelolaan aset persediaan dan pengelolaan transaksi. Tujuan dibuatnya aplikasi Orcha adalah merubah proses manual menjadi digitalisasi berbasis android, membuat alur proses menjadi real-time. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi Orcha, metode yang digunakan adalah Agile dengan Framework Scrum. Metode Agile dengan Framework Scrum dipilih untuk memberikan nilai jual suatu produk setinggi mungkin secara aktif dan berkesinambungan antara pengembang dengan klien, serta menyederhanakan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak sesuai kebutuhan. Aplikasi ini akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan PHP dengan Json, Xml, Container, Kubernetes dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi Orcha, diharapkan dapat membantu pihak pelaku usaha dalam mengelola manajemen aset yang ada di Retail Mimuman Sel-Sel.
