Abstract
Health is the most important thing in carrying out various activities, it is also a basic need for humans. But besides the importance of maintaining health, it is also important to pay attention to the quality of the health service itself. There are so many problems and challenges in the quality of public health services in Indonesia such as services that can be considered less fast for customers so that it takes a lot of time, not evenly distributed quantity and quality of health services, plus a lot of unclear information. The purpose of this study is to produce an application that can be used as a means of public health and provide a service in the form of disease diagnosis and drug ordering at the pharmacy and consultation to users of this application. With this service, application users no longer need to spend a lot of time and energy to seek treatment or seek medication to a location that is not yet certain that the drug sought is available. The development of this information system uses the Extreme Programming method and the software used is the PHP programming language, Codeigniter Framework, and Mysql as a database in making this application. The results of this study are a system that can conduct drug management and enable consumers to search for and order drugs at the targeted pharmacy, can diagnose and consult with doctors.
