Abstract
The diversity of modes of transportation in this era resulted in competition in the selection of modes of transportation. In the competition that occurs, it is necessary to conduct a study of the factors that influence the choice of transportation mode. This study aims to observe the behavior of travelers who use public transportation modes KRL Commuter Line and motorbikes for the Tanah Abang – Kemayoran route so that the factors that influence travelers in selecting modes of transportation are known, in order to obtain a mode selection model that can explains the probability of travelers choosing a KRL Commuter Line and Motorcycle mode. This study used the Stated Preference method, then processed with linear regression analysis and the mode selection model used the difference binary logit model to see the relationship between the response variable of the traveler's choice (Y) to changes in attribute differences in Travel Access (X1), travel time (X2) and time travel costs of each mode (X3). Keberagaman moda transportasi pada zaman ini mengakibatkan adanya kompetisi dalam pemilihan moda transportasi. Dalam kompetisi yang terjadi, maka perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati perilaku para pelaku perjalanan yang menggunakan moda transportasi umum Krl Commuter Line dan Sepeda Motor untuk rute Tanah Abang – Kemayoran agar diketahui faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaku perjalanan dalam melakukan pemilihan moda transportasi, guna memperoleh suatu model pemilihan moda yang dapat menjelaskan probabilitas pelaku perjalanan dalam memilih sebuah moda Krl Commuter Line dan Sepeda Motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Stated Preference, kemudian diolah dengan analisis regresi linier dan model pemilihan moda digunakan model logit biner selisih untuk melihat hubungan variabel respon pilihan pelaku perjalanan (Y) terhadap perubahan atribut selisih Akses Perjalanan(X1), waktu perjalanan (X2) dan waktu biaya perjalanan masing-masing moda (X3).
