Abstract
The information system for reporting flood and fire assistance in DKI Jakarta is a web-based reporting system that is used as complaints or suggestions from the public that are submitted online. this system supports assistance data reports in a timely, targeted and precise location. That will be reported to the DKI Jakarta disaster relief officer. Reporting that is currently running, can only report assistance via text message (SMS) or fill out forms manually in the local village. This results in inadequate detail on the reporting of assistance received, such as the location of the report that is unclear or difficult to understand, even though the information is important and must be followed up immediately. Therefore, the development of technology encourages researchers to build a web-based disaster assistance reporting system. This system uses MYSQL and XAMPP as database processors, and the design of this system uses the PIECES method to analyze and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to design designs and collect data using a questionnaire on google form and research into Kembangan Utara Village. The results of the implementation of this research are the construction of a Web-based Disaster Aid Reporting Information System for DKI Jakarta which makes it easier for the public to make disaster reports in DKI Jakarta so that it can be seen towhat extent the reporting is processed by the parties concerned. Keywords : Floods and Fires, DKI Jakarta, Disaster Aid Reporting, Information Systems Sistem informasi pelaporan bantuan banjir dan kebakaran DKI Jakarta merupakan sebuah sistem pelaporan berbasis web yang digunakan sebagai pengaduan atau saran dari masyarakat yang disampaikan secara online. sistem ini mendukung laporan data bantuan secara tepat waktu, tepat sasaran, dan tepat lokasi. Yang akan dilaporkan ke petugas bantuan bencana DKI Jakarta. Pelaporan yang berjalan saat ini, hanya bisa melapor bantuan melalui pesan teks (SMS) atau mengisi formulir secara manual dikelurahan setempat. Yang mengakibatkan informasi pelaporan bantuan yang diterima kurang detail seperti lokasi laporan tidak jelas atau sulit dipahami, padahal informasi tersebut penting dan harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Oleh karena itu, semakin berkembangnya teknologi, mendorong peneliti untuk membangun sistem pelaporan bantuan bencana berbasis web. Sistem ini menggunakan MYSQL dan XAMPP sebagai pengolah basis data, dan perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode PIECES untuk menganalisa serta Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk membuat rancangan desain dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner pada google form dan riset ke Kelurahan Kembangan Utara. Hasil implementasi penelitian ini, berupa dibangunnya Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Bantuan Bencana DKI Jakarta Berbasis Web yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam membuat pelaporan bencana di DKI Jakarta sehingga dapat dilihat sejauh mana pelaporannya di proses oleh pihak yang terkait.
