Abstract
– Location of the KAI Corporate University Complex. The KAI Corporate University Laswi planning area has an area of 100,742 m2. LP can be accessed via Jl. Laswi from the north. LP borders the Laswi Heritage/Laswi City land on the north side and borders the inter-city railway line on the south side. LP is surrounded by residential areas dense with activity, commercial and government functions. Existing conditions on the Planning Land include several buildings that function as KAI employee training centers. The location is relatively flat and covered with quite large trees. KAI Corporate University as a sustainable City Forest Campus wants to prioritize innovation, professionalism and sustainability, with a green architectural approach to MICE which not only reduces environmental impacts, but can also reduce negative impacts on the environment, improving the company's image or the purpose of hosting the event. Key Word : MICE, KAI Corporate, Green Architecture Lokasi Kompleks KAI Corporate University. Wilayah perencanaan KAI Corporate University Laswi mempunyai luasseluas 100.742 m2. LP dapat diakses melalui Jl. Laswi dari utara. LP berbatasan dengan lahan Laswi Heritage/Kota Laswi sisi utara dan berbatasan dengan jalur kereta api antar kota di sisi selatan. LP dikelilingi pemukiman padat aktivitas, fungsi komersial, dan pemerintahan. Kondisi eksisting pada Lahan Perencanaan meliputi beberapa bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai pusat pelatihan karyawan KAI. Kondisi lokasi relatif datar dan tertutup cukup pohon-pohon besar. KAI Corporate University sebagai Kampus Hutan Kota yang berkelanjutan ingin mengedepankan inovasi, profesionalisme dan keberlanjutan, dengan pendekatan arsitektur hijau pada MICE yang tidak hanya mengurangi dampak lingkungan, namun juga dapat mengurangi dampak buruk terhadap lingkungan meningkatkan citra perusahaan atau tujuan menjadi tuan rumah acara tersebut.
