Abstract

The development of the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) industry has given various colors to the types of service industry activities which are synonymous with providing services. MICE is a business that makes a high economic contribution, especially to developing countries. The quality of service provided is able to provide satisfaction to each participant, the MICE industry is able to provide large profits for business actors in the industry. The development of the MICE industry as a new industry that can benefit many parties, because the MICE industry is a complex industry and involves many parties. This is the reason why the growth rate of entrepreneurs organizing MICE is emerging, so it cannot be denied that the MICE industry is a current industry that is in great demand by business people. The data collection method in this paper is through literature study. Through general overviews such as project theoretical overview, theme theoretical overview, and precedent studies. Then the data and analysis related to the location of the site in the PT KAI Corporate University area using descriptive analysis methods, raised MICE ICE BSD and the BCA Tower building with a green architecture concept building as case studies. The results of the analysis will later show that this MICE building is located in Bandung City with a green architecture theme. Keywords : MICE, KAI Corporate University, Green Architecture Perkembangan industri MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) telah memberikan warna yang beragam terhadap jenis kegiatan industri jasa yang identik dengan pemberian pelayanan. MICE merupakan bisnis yang memberikan kontribusi tinggi secara ekonomi terlebih bagi negara berkembang. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada setiap peserta, industri MICE mampu memberikan keuntungan yang besar bagi para pelaku usaha di industri tersebut. Berkembangnya industri MICE sebagai industri baru yang bisa menguntungkan bagi banyak pihak, karena industri MICE ini merupakan industri yang kompleks dan melibatkan banyak pihak. Alasan inilah yang menjadikan tingkat pertumbuhan para pengusaha penyelenggara MICE bermunculan, sehingga tidak dipungkiri industri MICE sebagai industri masa kini yang banyak diminati oleh para pelaku bisnis. Metode pengumpulan data pada karya tulis ini adalah melalui studi literatur. Melalui tinjauan umum seperti tinjauan teoritis proyek, tinjauan teoritis tema, dan studi preseden. Lalu di data dan analisa terkait lokasi site yang berada di Kawasan PT KAI Corporate university dengan metode deskriptif analisis, mengangkat MICE ICE BSD dan bangunan Gedung Menara BCA dengan bangunan berkonsep Arsitektur hijau sebagai studi kasus. Hasil analisis nanti nya akan menunjukkan bahwa bangunan MICE ini berlokasi di Kota Bandung dengan bertemakan arsitektur hijau. Kata Kunci : MICE, KAI Corporate University, Arsitektur Hijau
