Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, tingkat suku bunga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BCA. Teori penelitian ini menggunakan teori kepuasan nasabah sebagai grand teori dan teori kepatuhan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sample yang diperoleh 50 data menggunakan rumus jumlah indikator dikali 5 , teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode convenience adalah penentuan sampel dengan memilih sampel secara bebas sekehendak peneliti Hasil penelitian sementara menyatakan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, variabel tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, interest rates and location on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA. The theory of this research uses the theory of customer satisfaction as a grand theory and compliance theory.
