Abstract
Tangerang is a satellite city of Jakarta which is quite dense, many people are starting to think about opening an area that can accommodate all work, living and playing activities to overcome traffic jams, for example the Tangerang City area. Creating this area is not the only solution to the density of the capital city, another solution that can be implemented is developing Mixed-Use which consists of residential, shopping and offices Contemporary Architecture is the theme used in this design. In general, the Contemporary Architecture approach is an added value for Mixed Use City Bale Design which can create new Points of Interest in the site area and surrounding buildings for the Tangerang sub-district and Tangerang City areas. Mixed use design and the collaborative use of these concepts will produce new looks and shapes so that they can increase the activities of the surrounding community. Contemporary architecture itself is a design style that is based on everything that is created and produced today. Keywords: Architecture, contemporary, Mixed Use Tangerang merupakan kota satelit dari Jakarta yang tergolong cukup padat, mulai banyak yang berfikir untuk membuka Kawasan yang dapat menampung seluruh kegiatan bekerja,berhuni, dan bermain untuk mengatasi kemacetan contohnya Kawasan Tangerang Kota. Membuat Kawasan tersebut bukan merupakan satu-satunya solusi untuk kepadatan Ibukota, solusi lain yang dapat di berlakukan adalah mengembangkan Mixed-Use yang terdiri dari hunian, perbelanjaan, dan perkantoran Arsitektur Kontemporer adalah tema yang dipakai dalam peracangan ini. Secara umum pendekatan Arsitektur Kontemporer menjadi nilai tambah bagi Perancangan Mixed Use Bale Kota yang dapat menciptakan Point Of Interest baru di area tapak dan bangunan sekitar bagi wilayah kecamatan Tangerang dan Kota Tangerang. Perancangan mixed use serta penggunaan konsep tersebut yang berkolaborasi akan menghasilkan tampilan dan bentuk baru sehingga dapat meningkatkan kegiatan masyarakat sekitar, arsitektur kontemporer sendiri merupakan gaya desain yang didasarkan pada segala sesuatu yang diciptakan dan diproduksi saat ini.
