Abstract
i ABSTRACT This research discusses the influence of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through the mediating variable of knowledge sharing at PT XYZ CTO Group Division. For this reason, this research aims to find out whether these variables have an influence on innovative work behavior among employees of PT XYZ, CTO Group Division, considering that current technological developments have given rise to intense competition in the financial industry. Therefore, human resources of the company are expected to be able to integrate technology into financial practices and create new products. This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods using SEM PLS. The total population is 343 employees in the CTO Group Division and the sampling technique is random sampling with a total of 185 employees. Research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. The research results show that partially job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and knowledge sharing have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. The variables of job satisfaction and transformational leadership also have a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. Then, the knowledge sharing variable was proven to be able to mediate the variables of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif melalui variabel mediasi berbagi pengetahuan di PT XYZ Divisi CTO Group. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan PT XYZ Divisi CTO Group mengingat perkembagan teknologi saat ini memunculkan persaingan yang ketat pada industri keuangan. untuk itu sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki perusahaan diharapkan mampu untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam praktik keuangan dan menciptakan produkproduk baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis datanya dengan SEM PLS. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 343 orang karyawan yang ada di Divisi CTO Group dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 185 karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Variabel kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Kemudian, variabel berbagi pengetahuan terbukti mampu memediasi variabel kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.
