Abstract

Accurate and efficient financial reporting is a crucial element in running a healthy business operation. Unfortunately, many organizations, including both government and private enterprises, encounter challenges in managing their financial administration, often leading to issues such as corruption and money laundering. This research focuses on the implementation of enterprise architecture using the TOGAF framework in the development of a financial dashboard application within the Software Developer division of PT.KCCTech Indonesia, a wireless telecommunications service provider. The primary goal of this research is to provide recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial administration and reporting within PT.KCCTech Indonesia. It aims to expedite decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely financial data through the implementation of TOGAF. The research findings are expected to enhance financial transparency and accountability within the organization, while also serving as a reference for other entities facing similar challenges in financial management systems. Thus, the implementation of TOGAF in this dashboard application has the potential to increase operational efficiency and reduce the risk of serious financial issues. Key words : PT KCC Tech Indonesia, Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF Laporan keuangan yang tepat dan efisien merupakan elemen krusial dalam menjalankan operasi bisnis yang sehat. Sayangnya, banyak organisasi, termasuk pemerintah dan perusahaan swasta, menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan, yang sering kali berujung pada isu seperti korupsi dan pencucian uang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi arsitektur enterprise dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF dalam pengembangan aplikasi dashboard keuangan di divisi Software Developer PT.KCCTech Indonesia, penyedia layanan telekomunikasi nirkabel. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas administrasi keuangan dan pelaporan di PT.KCCTech Indonesia, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menyediakan data keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu melalui TOGAF. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan akan membantu perusahaan meningkatkan transparansi keuangan dan akuntabilitas, sambil juga menjadi referensi bagi organisasi lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam pengelolaan sistem keuangan mereka. Dengan demikian, implementasi TOGAF dalam aplikasi dashboard ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi risiko masalah keuangan yang serius.
