Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect ofprofitability, liquidity, dividend policy of the company (the company's survey of the transportation services that are listed in the indonesia stock exchange).In this study the variable profitability measured by return on assets (ROA), measured with the current liquidity ratio (CR), as well as the dividend policy is measured by using a dividend payout ratio (DPR).The value of the company as the dependent variable in this study is measured by using a price book value (PBV). The sample in this study were taken by using purposive sampling method. The sample meets the criteria in this study as many as 16 service sector companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2016.The research of using multiple linear regression analysis test to determine the contribution of each variable. The results of this study that partially (statistical tests t) return on assets (ROA), dividend payout ratio (DPR) has a positive effectand significantly to corporate value.While liquidity has no effect tocorporate value. Keyword: profitability, liquidity, dividend,firm value. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan (survei perusahaan jasa transportasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia). Dalam penelitian ini variabel profitabilitas diukur dengan return on assets (ROA), likuiditas diukur dengan current ratio (CR), serta kebijakan dividen diukur dengan menggunakan dividend payout ratio (DPR). Nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan price book value (PBV). Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 perusahaan sektor jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui kontribusi masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji statistik t) return on assets (ROA), dividend payout ratio (DPR) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : profitabilitas, Likuiditas, kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan.
