Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of Work Discipline and Leadership Style on Employee Performance PT. YMA Import Part Store Karawang. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach. This research is a population study with 102 respondents. Instruments in this research have passed the test phase of validity and reliability test. Data collection using questionnaire, while data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of research at 5% significance level indicates that: 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance PT. YMA bagian Import Part Store Karawang part which is shown from result of significance equal to 0,000 < 0,05 2) The style of leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance PT. YMA bagian Import Part Store Karawang which is shown from the result of significance of 0.046 <0.05. Keywords: Work discipline, Leadership Style, Employee Performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. YMA bagian Import Part Store Karawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 102 karyawan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini telah melewati tahap uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. YMA bagian Import Part Store Karawang yang ditunjukkan dari hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. YMA bagian Import Part Store Karawang yang ditunjukan dari hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan.
