Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment, the work environment of the intermediary and the social work environment on the performance of employees. The independent variables in this research are physical work environment, intermediary work environment and social work environment, while employee performance becomes dependent variable. In this study data collection is done through a Simple Random Sampling Method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Tax Court Secretariat. Based on the results of data processing found that the physical work environment, intermediary work environment and social work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this research, to be able to influence employee performance, Secretariat of Tax Court have to improve condition of office building, air circulation and improve relation between employee. Keywords: physical work environment, intermediary work environment, social work environment, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja perantara dan lingkungan kerja sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel-variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja perantara dan lingkungan kerja sosial, sedangkan kinerja pegawai menjadi variabel terikat. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode sampling acak sederhana dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak. Lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja perantara dan lingkungan kerja sosial berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, untuk dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak harus memperbaiki kondisi bangunan kantor, sirkulasi udara dan meningkatkan hubungan antar pegawai.
