Abstract
Kecelakaan terjadi bukan karena kebetulan, melainkan ada sebabnya. Oleh karena itu kecelakaan dapat di cegah, asal kita ada kemauan untuk melakukan pencegahaannya. Dan oleh karena itu pula penyebab-penyebab kecelakaan harus diteliti dan ditemukan, agar untuk selanjutnya dengan usaha-usaha koreksi yang ditunjukan kepada sebab itu kecelakaan dapat dicegah dan tidak berulang kembali. Dengan adanya Job SafetyAnalysis, pekerja dapat bekerja secara aman dan efisien, mengetahui bahaya yang ada dalam pekerjaan dan tindakan pengendalianya, serta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan job safety analysis untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan risiko di setiap proses produksi dengan Teknik Job Safety Analysis yang dilakukan pada area kerja produksi flavour serta mengidentifikasi perlengkapan pelindung diri dan pengendalian risiko dalam proses produksi Divisi Produksi PT. TPM Flavour Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian didapat kesimpulan bahwa potensi bahaya yang teridentifikasi di area produksi PT. TPM Flavour Indonesia yaitu terdapat 15 potensi bahaya dari 4 faktor dan 17 langkah proses produksi. Serta saran yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah agar Setiap melakukan pekerjaan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri dan prosedur kerja yang aman untuk mencegah terjadi kecelakaan serta melakukan perbaikan pada fasilitas produksi. Kata kunci : Kecelakaan, job safety analysis, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja Accidents don't happen by chance, they happen for a reason. Therefore accidents can be prevented, as long as we have the will to prevent them. And because of that, the causes of accidents must be investigated and found, so that further improvement efforts aimed at the causes of accidents can prevent and prevent recurrence. With the Job Safety Analysis, workers can work safely and efficiently, know the hazards that exist in their work and control measures, and can increase knowledge and awareness of the importance of Occupational Safety and Health in the production process. This study aims to find out how to apply job safety analysis to identify potential hazards and risks in each production process with Job Safety Analysis Techniques carried out in the flavor production work area and identify personal protective equipment and risk control in the production process of the Production Division of PT. TPM Flavor Indonesia. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the potential hazards identified in the production area of PT. TPM Flavor Indonesia, namely there are 15 potential hazards from 4 factors and 17 steps of the production process. As well as the advice obtained from this research is that every person doing work uses Personal Protective Equipment and safe work procedures to prevent accidents and make repairs to production facilities.
