Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi kasus yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan rumahan yang bergerak dibidang makanan yang terletak di Jakarta Timur yaitu PT. WAC. Sering terjadi keluhan sakit pada punggung dan pinggang pada pekerja setelah bekerja khususnya pada pekerja diruang pengisian yang diakibatkan karena semua pekerjaan dilakukan secara manual serta posisi kerja yang tidak nyaman. Sehingga tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi ergonomi postur kerja dan memberikan usulan perbaikan terhadap postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) yang berbentuk kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor akhir dari postur kerja duduk pada ruang pengisian PT. WAC mendapatkan skor 7, yang berarti resiko level tinggi dan perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera. Sehingga PT. WAC perlu melakukan perbaikan postur kerja pada ruang pengisian. Usulan perbaikan postur kerja yaitu dengan membuat meja dan bangku yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan pengisian bisa dibuat dengan ukuran tinggi kursi 40,45 cm, panjang alas tempat duduk 35,9 cm, lebar sandaran kursi 34,35 cm, tinggi meja kerja 76 cm, panjang meja 56 cm, dan lebar meja 64,9 cm. Kata Kunci : Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Nordic Body Map (NBM), postur kerja Abstract The case study taken in this study is a home-based company engaged in food located in East Jakarta, namely PT. WAC. Frequent complaints of pain in the back and waist of workers after work, especially in workers in the filling room due to all the work done manually and uncomfortable work positions. So the purpose of this research is to evaluate the ergonomics of work postures and provide suggestions for improvement of work postures that are not ergonomic. The method used is the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the final score of the sitting posture in the filling room of PT. WAC gets a score of 7, which means high level of risk and needs immediate improvement. So that PT. WAC needs to improve its working posture in the filling room. Proposed improvement of work posture that is by making tables and benches used in filling jobs can be made with a height of 40.45 cm, height of a seat base of 35.9 cm, width of the back of the chair 34.35 cm, height of the working table 76 cm, length table 56 cm, and table width 64.9 cm.
