Abstract

Acceptance of volunteers is an important aspect of a foundation because good volunteers will quite a lot help the foundation in carrying out programs such as education programs, social programs and health programs. Implementing volunteer admissions is not only selecting and assigning the right volunteers, but it is also important for the foundation to consider several aspects of the volunteer assessment. The problem with the acceptance of volunteers at the Green Indonesia Foundation is that the selection of volunteers at this time is still subjective and at this time the criteria for determining volunteers are only 2, namely education and location, so it is necessary to add other assessment criteria. The criteria added were skills, interviews, age and status. The decision support system for accepting volunteers is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine the weight of each criterion, and the use of the Simple Additive Weighting method to rank alternatives in the form of volunteer data. The trial was conducted in the form of entering a sample of 5 volunteer data, namely M. Zakariya, Nara Nazuma, Fatima, Dandi S and Marcelia Nuna. The test results resulted in the following assessments: M. Zakariya (0.898), Nara Nazuma (0.873), Fatima (0.873), Dandi S (0.834) and Marcelia Nuna (0.807). So that if the minimum value of volunteer acceptance is 0.8 then all of the volunteers above can be declared qualified. Key words: Volunteer, Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting, Analytical Hierarchy Process Penerimaan relawan merupakan aspek yang penting dalam yayasan karena relawan yang baik akan cukup banyak membantu yayasan dalam menjalankan program yang diadakan seperti program pendidikan, program sosial dan program kesehatan. Melaksanakan penerimaan relawan bukan saja memilih dan menetapkan relawan yang tepat, tetapi juga penting bagi yayasan untuk mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek penilaian relawan tersebut. Permasalahan pada penerimaan relawan di Yayasan Indonesia Hijau yaitu pemilihan relawan pada saat ini masih bersifat subyektif dan pada saat ini kriteria penentuan relawan baru 2 jumlah kriteria yaitu pendidikan dan lokasi, sehingga perlu ditambahkan kriteria penilaian lainnya. Kriteria yang ditambahkan yaitu keterampilan, wawancara, usia dan status . Sistem pendukung keputusan peneriman relawan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk menentukan bobot setiap kriteria, serta penggunaan metode Simple Additive Weighting untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif-alternatif berupa data relawan. Dilakukan uji coba berupa memasukkan sample data relawan sebanyak 5 orang yaitu M.Zakariya, Nara Nazuma, Fatima, Dandi S dan Marcelia Nuna. Hasil pengujian menghasilkan penilaian : M.Zakariya (0,898), Nara Nazuma (0,873), Fatima (0,873), Dandi S (0,834) dan Marcelia Nuna (0,807). Sehingga jika nilai minimal penerimaan relawan adalah 0,8 maka seluruh relawan diatas dapat dinyatakan lolos Kata kunci: Relawan, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting, Analytical Hierarchy Process
