Abstract

Giving bonuses to each employee is a company's appreciation of the performance of its employees for their dedication in doing their job. This bonus is given every 2 weeks to see the number of tickets entered, the number of tickets completed and the duration of completion. Simple Additive Weighting is a way to find a weighted sum that is obtained from the performance rating of each alternative in each attribute, with the rating or value of each attribute having gone through the normalization process. The final results at this stage produce with the existing attributes, each employee gets a bonus with a certain nominal with a different ranking that has been previously determined. This research has succeeded in carrying out the Simple Additive Weighting process for determining employee bonuses. Keywords: Simple Additive Weighting, Employee Bonusses, Decision Support System Pemberian bonus pada setiap karyawan merupakan sebuah apresiasi sebuah perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawannya atas pengabdian dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Pemberian bonus ini dilakukan setiap 2 minggu sekali untuk dengan melihat jumlah tiket yang masuk, jumlah tiket yang diselesaikan dan durasi penyelesaian. Simple Additive Weighting merupakan suatu cara dengan mencari sebuah penjumlahan terbobot yang didapat dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative di setiap atribut, dengan rating atau nilai setiap atribut sudah melewati proses normalisasi. Hasil akhir pada tahapan ini menghasilkan dengan atribut yang ada, setiap karyawan mendapatkan bonus dengan nominal tertentu dengan ranking berbeda yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini telah berhasil melakukan proses Simple Additive Weighting untuk penentuan pemberian bonus karyawan. Kata kunci: Simple Additive Weighting, Bonus Karyawan, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan
