Abstract
This research is a quantitative research which aims to analyze the effect of job resources on employee engagement, mediated by workplace spirituality and professional identity. This research uses primary data through a questionnaire with the object are the Millennial employees of Bank Muamalat in West Jakarta Region as many as 96 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sample and the data was analyzed using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this research indicate that job resources have no significant effect on employee engagement, but it have a good significant effect on workplace spirituality and workplace spirituality has no significant effect on employee engagement, job resources have a good significant effect on professional identity and professional identity has a good significant effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, workplace spirituality and professional identity mediate job resources and employee engagement which professional identity mediates job resources perfectly but workplace spirituality cannot mediate job resources on employee engagement. Keyword : Job Resources, Workplace Spiritulity, Professional Identity, Employee Engagement Organisasi yang berfungsi baik merupakan output dari SDM yang sehat, berkomitmen dan selalu bermotivasi, yang juga dapat disebut dengan “Employee Engagement”. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job resources terhadap employee engagement yang dimediasi oleh workplace spirituality dan professional identity. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dengan objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Milenial Bank Muamalat Wilayah Jakarta West sebanyak 96 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Data dianalisi dengan menggunakan aplikasi analisis jalur SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job resources tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement, job resources berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap workplace spirituality, workplace spirituality tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement, job resources berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap professional identity, professional identity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Sementara itu workplace spirituality dan professional identity menjadi mediasi anatara job resources dan employee engagement. professional identity memediasi job resources secara sempurna, dan workplace spirituality tidak mampu memediasi job resources terhadap employee engagement.
