Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of food quality, restaurant atmosphere and quality of service on repurchasing interest through customer satisfaction as intervening variables in Kafe Betawi. The subject of this research is consumers who have made purchases at Kafe Betawi Lippo Mall Puri. The sample used in this study is 150 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all populations are used as research samples. by using causal research design. The analytical techniques used for this test are descriptive analysis and instrument testing in the form of Validation Test and Realibility Test with smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software Version 3.0. The results of this study show that the quality of food, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the quality of service have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchasing interests. Keywords : Food Quality, Restaurant Atmosphere, Quality of Service, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchasing Interest Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas makanan, atmosfer restoran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat membeli kembali melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada Kafe Betawi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Kafe Betawi Lippo Mall Puri. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas makanan, atmosfer restoran, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan minat pembelian kembali.
