Abstract
Reputation for the company / organization is the ultimate goal of an organization including the field of hospitality accommodation business embodied by a practitioner of Public Relations and internal parties who are aligned and work hard. The research aims to find out how digital public relations activities in maintaining the reputation of Century Park Hotel Jakarta by using digital media as a means of dissemination. The information is based on e-PR theory and new media concept of Bob Julius Onggo. This research uses qualitative research method and uses constructivistic paradigm. Research methods are used through in-depth interviews as primary data and some documents in addition. For data validity checks using trianggulation. The results of this study concluded that Digital Public Relations Activities Of Century Park Jakarta Hotel has applied the theory of digital function theory of Public Relations for its company, InDIPR's website in an effort to maintain its reputation through media digital. Keywords: Digital Activity, Reputation, Digital Media Reputasi bagi perusahaan / organisasi adalah merupakan tujuan akhir dari sebuah organisasi termasuk bidang usaha akomodasi perhotelan yang diwujudkan oleh seorang praktisi Public Relations dan pihak internal yang selaras serta bekerja keras. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas digital public relations dalam mempertahankan reputasi Hotel Century Park Jakarta dengan menggunakan media digital sebagai sarana penyebaran. Informasi yang disampaikan berdasarkan teori e-PR dan konsep new media Bob Julius Onggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivistik. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan melalui wawancara secara mendalam sebagai data primer dan beberapa dokumen sebagai tambahan. Untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Aktivitas Digital Public Relation Hotel Century Park Jakarta telah mengaplikasikan teori teori fungsi digital Public Relations bagi perusahannya, Dalam situs milik InDIPR dalam upaya mempertahankan reputasi melalui media digital.
