Abstract
Decision making is always related to the uncertainty of the results of decisions taken. Decision Support System was developed to reduce the uncertainty factor by processing an information into an alternative solution to a problem. The method that can be applied in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP)). To find out the process of information processing decision support systems using the AHP method the authors use a case study of Pizza Hut Puri Indah Mall is a company engaged in food or restaurant, in the process of evaluating employee performance so far it takes a long time in conducting performance appraisals of all employees because they have to read and fill in the assessment documents in writing. To solve these problems we need an employee performance appraisal decision support system that can assess employee performance faster and reduce subjectivity in the appraisal process. Key words: Decision Support Systems, Employee Performance Assessment, Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) Pengambilan keputusan selalu berkaitan dengan ketidak pastian dari hasil keputusan yang diambil. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan dikembangkan untuk mengurangi faktor ketidakpastian tersebut dengan mengolah sebuah informasi menjadi sebuah alternatif pemecahan suatu masalah. Metode yang dapat diterapkan dalam sistem penunjang keputusan yaitu Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) Untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan informasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode AHP penulis menggunakan studi kasus Pizza Hut Puri Indah Mall merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang makanan atau restoran, dalam proses penilaian kinerja karyawan selama ini dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap seluruh karyawan dikarenakan harus membaca dan mengisi dokumen penilaian secara tertulis. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dapat menilai kinerja karyawan secara lebih cepat dan mengurangi subyektifitas dalam proses penilaian. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penilain Kinerja Karyawan, Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP)
