Abstract

Fast and accurate information will support the smooth operation or management of the village government, in managing community data and information. Currently, various administrations and data management at the boloak village office are still carried out manually, and have not been computerized, making performance in managing population data still less than optimal. For this reason, in utilizing information technology, managing population data and assistance data, an information system design is needed within the scope of alternating village offices, in order to support smooth operations and improve the performance of village government employees. The purpose of this study is to design a population data management system and assistance data by implementing a web-based Sequential Searching Algorithm using php and using MySql database, this research will be designed using the waterfall method, Making it easier for employees to search for population data, identify population data and manage social assistance data more efficiently and improve the performance of Boloak Village employees in data management. Keywords; Algoritm Sequential Search, Population Data Search, Boloak Village Informasi yang cepat serta akurat, akan mendukung kelancaran operasional atau manajemen pemerintah desa, dalam melakukan pengelolaan data serta informasi masyarakat. Saat ini berbagai administrasi serta pengelolaan data pada kantor desa boloak masih dilakukan secara manual, dan belum terkomputerisasi sehingga membuat kinerja dalam pengelolaan data penduduk, masih kurang maksimal. Untuk itu dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi pengelolaan data penduduk dan data bantuan dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan system informasi pada ruang lingkup kantor desa bolak, agar dapat mendukung kelancaran operasional serta meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pemerintahan desa. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem pengelolaan data penduduk dan data bantuan dengan mengimplementasikan Algoritma Sequential Searching berbasis web dengan menggunakan php serta menggunakan database MySql, penelitian ini akan dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, sehingga memudahkan pegawai dalam pencarian data penduduk, mengidentifikasi data penduduk serta mengelola data bantuan sosial menjadi lebih efisien serta meningkatkan kinerja pegawai desa Boloak dalam pengelolaan data.
