Abstract
This study aims to identify online learning activities in students' homes whether it is in accordance with their needs or not with using QFD & HoQ method, as well as an effort to support the government program, namely learning from home during the covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is library research, so that the collection of information and data obtained by documentation techniques, namely looking for data about relevant things from various sources in the library such as books, magazines, news, or other documents. The results of the study show that online learning carried out at home makes students more independent and creative motivation to learn but there are also drawbacks behind it all. In addition, online learning is one of the successes in creating social distancing behavior so as to minimize the appearance of crowds that are considered to have the potential to spread further covid 19 in the school environment. Keyword : QFD, HoQ, online learning, COVID-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran online di rumah-rumah siswa apakah sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka atau belum dengan menggunakan metode QFD & HoQ, juga sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah yaitu belajar dari rumah selama pandemi covid 19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, jadi bahwa pengumpulan informasi dan data diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu mencari data tentang hal-hal yang relevan dari berbagai sumber di perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, berita, atau dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilakukan di rumah masing-masing membuat siswa lebih mandiri dan berkreasi, namun ada pula kekurangannya dibalik itu semua. Selain itu, pembelajaran online menjadi salah satu keberhasilan dalam menciptakan social distancing perilaku sehingga meminimalkan munculnya kerumunan yang dianggap berpotensi menyebar lebih lanjut covid 19 di lingkungan sekolah.
