Abstract

PT. Expressindo System Network as a company engaged in the Indonesian domestic services sector with a national network. The current problem at PT. The Expressindo System Network has not recorded monitoring to the system, therefore network requires IT involvement so that it requires an appropriate IT governance. IT governance used in analyzing audits is a COBIT 4.1 framework, so that in analyzing audits can be carried out is in accordance with the standards set in the framework. This study uses qualitative methods in collecting data to obtain data or find out information about problems at PT. Expressindo System Network. Based on the results that have been analyzed, the capability level values for the PO 10, AI 3, DS 2, and ME 4 subdomains are still at level 2, namely Repeatable but Intuitive, therefore the company still has to make improvements, namely recommendations in the form of proposed improvements to be more in line with the direction of business needs and goals at PT. Expressindo System Network. Keywords: : PT. Expressindo System Network, IT Governance, COBIT 4.1, Maturity Level, Qualitative PT. Expressindo System Network yaitu sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan domestik Indonesia dengan jaringan nasional. Permasalahan yang ada saat ini pada PT. Expressindo System Network belum adanya pencatatan pemantauan terhadap sistem, maka dari itu membutuhkan keterlibatan IT sehingga memerlukan tata kelola TI yang tepat. Tata kelola TI yang dipergunakan dalam menganalisa audit merupakan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1, sehingga dalam menganalisa audit dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan pada kerangka kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam melakukan pengumpulan data untuk mendapatkan data atau mengetahui informasi di PT. Expressindo System Network. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah dianalisa, maka didapatkan nilai capability level untuk sub-domain PO 10, AI 3, DS 2, dan ME 4 masih berada di level 2 yaitu Repeatable but Intuitive, maka dari itu perusahaan masih harus melakukan perbaikan yaitu rekomendasi berupa usulan perbaikan agar lebih sesuai dengan arah kebutuhan bisnis serta tujuan di PT.
