Abstract
BPK Penabur merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang tersebar di berbagai kota di provinsi Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta, Lampung dan Banten, salah satunya adalah di daerah Bogor, Jawa Barat. Kualitas pendidikan yang baik di sekolah, tidak hanya memerlukan seorang guru yang menguasai materi-materi pelajaran dan menyampaikan dengan baik, kelengkapan dan kualitas akan fasilitas belajar mengajar yang baik pun turut menunjang tercapainya suatu program belajar mengajar yang baik. Oleh karena itu, kebutuhan akan kelengkapan-kelengkapan itu pun harus direspon dengan cepat dan baik. Saat ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan kelengkapan/fasilitas belajar di sekolah telah menggunakan proses pengadaan. Hanya saja proses pengadaan yang dilakukan masih manual. Perancangan sistem eprocurement atau pengadaan online ini bertujuan untuk memindahkan proses yang manual tersebut ke dalam sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Selain agar mendapatkan respon yang cepat ketika diajukan, faktor kerapihan secara dokumentasi pun menjadi alasan dibuatnya sistem ini, selain itu juga agar mudah dipantau oleh pihak pengaju, yang menyetujui dan yang menjalankan pengadaan tersebut serta pihak-pihak yang terkait. Sistem ini akan dibuat berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode kepustakaan, metode wawancara dan metode observasi serta metode waterfall. Kata kunci: Pengadaan Manual, Pengadaan Online (E-procurement) BPK Penabur is an educational institution that is scattered in various cities in the province of West Java, Jakarta, Lampung and Banten, one of which is in Bogor, West Java. The quality of education in schools, not only require a master teacher learning materials and deliver well, completeness and quality will be good teaching and learning facilities also contributed to the achievement of a good teaching and learning programs. Therefore, the need for completeness it should also be responded to quickly and well. This time to meet the need for completeness / school facilities have been using the procurement process. It's just the procurement process is done still manually. The design of e-procurement system or online procurement aims to move the manual process into a computerized system . In addition to in order to get a quick response when asked, neatness factor in the documentation became the rationale for creating this system, but it is also to be easily monitored by the complainant, who agreed and those who carry out procurement and related parties. This system will be made using a web-based programming language PHP and uses MySQL database. Data collection methods used in this study, namely library research, interviews, and observation.
