Abstract
Perlakuan Gracilaria sp dicampur dengan aquades di dalam reaktor hidrotermal karbonisasi dengan variasi suhu 180℃, 200℃ dan 220℃ dengan waktu penahanan 90 menit mendapatkan hasil nilai kalor tetinggi pada suhu 220℃ dengan nilai kalor sebesar 5786.19 Kcal/kg, sedangkan terendah pada suhu 180℃ nilai kalornya 5559.14 Kcal/kg Kata Kunci: Rumput Laut, Limbah Industri Agar, Hydrothermal carbonitation ABSTRACT Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world, Seaweed is one of the marine commodities that has high economic value, because of its wide utilization, both in daily life and in the industrial world. The hydrothermal carbonitation method is one promising method for the utilization of biomass into hydrochar, Treatment of industrial waste to be mixed with aquades in a carbonization hydrothermal reactor with temperature variations of 180°C, 200°C and 220°C,this variation aims to determine the effect of temperature and determine the calorific value on industrial waste products in order. The results obtained in this study are in the form of solid products (char), the higher the temperature, the higher the calorific value produced. The treatment of agar industrial waste mixed with aquades in a carbonization hydrothermal reactor with temperature variations of 180°C, 200°C and 220°C with a holding time of 90 minutes obtained the highest calorific value results at 220°C with a calorific value of 5786.19 Kcal/kg, while the lowest at 180°C the calorific value was 5559.14 Kcal/kg.
