Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Accounting Information Systems, Internal Control Systems and Application of Organizational Commitments to Employee Performance at Bank BCA KCU South Jakarta Branch. The research method used is a causal method with multiple linear regression analysis with the number of respondents 100 people consisting of the Division of Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax. Based on the results of this study shows that Accounting Information Systems, Internal Control Systems, Organizational Commitments have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Accounting Information Systems, Internal Control Systems, Organizational Commitments, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Sistem Pengendalian Internal dan Penerapan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank BCA K C U Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausal dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan Jumlah Responden 100 Orang Terdiri dari Devisi Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akuntansi,Sistem Pengendalian Internal,Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Sistem Pengendalian Internal, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan
