Abstract
In the complex construction process there is a possibility of delays in project completion. The emergence of project delays can be caused by parties involved in it, both the project owner (owner), the contractor and the consultant. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the factors that influence the project delay at PT. BWJ is viewed from the factors of contractors, consultants and owners, carried out by distributing questionnaires to contractors, consuls and project owners, namely the owner, the results obtained are processed using quantitative methods. The conceptual model is based on previous literature. The survey is based on questionnaires and research samples from 98 respondents. The results of the study there are influences between contractors, consultants and owners together and there is an influence between contractors, consultants, owners partially on project delays. Dalam proses konstruksi yang kompleks menyebabkan kemungkinan adanya keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek. Timbulnya keterlambatan proyek dapat disebabkan oleh pihak – pihak yang terlibat didalamnya, baik itu pemilik proyek (owner), kontraktor maupun konsultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan proyek pada PT. BWJ ditinjau dari faktor kontraktor, konsultan dan owner, dilakukan dengan menyebarkan koesioner kepada kontraktor, konsul tan dan pemilik proyek yaitu owner, hasil yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode kuantitatif. Model konseptual dilakukan berdasarkan literature sebelumnya. Survei berdasarkan kuesioner dan sampel penelitian dari 98 orang responden. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh antara kontraktor, konsultan dan owner secara bersama-sama dan terdapat pengaruh antara kontraktor, konsultan, owner secara parsial terhadap keterlambatan proyek.
