Abstract

Era of increasingly rapid development in various fields today , especially in the field of information technology , we need a system of information . Information systems are used to facilitate the completion of a work process in order to more quickly and efficiently . As we have seen the manual information systems there are a lot of disadvantages, such as requiring quite a long time to process the data , inaccuracy of the process as well as the delay of providing information or reports . Hence we need a system that can simplify data management analysis of water , making it easier for interested parties to do its job . For the software development process using UML models ( The Unified Modeling Language ) . Do ranging from the identification and analysis of problems , requirements analysis , system design , system implementation and testing . PHP programming language and Database Management System ( DBMS ) MySQL will be used for the preparation of the information system .
