Abstract
Perkembangan dunia usaha seperti jasa investasi semakin hari semakin meningkat .Peningkatan ini tentunya harus dibarengi oleh layanan hubungan pelanggan yang baik dan sinergis.Untuk itu, consumer relations memegang peran penting dalam pelayanan publik bagi para pelanggan dan konsumenya.Konsep consumer relations tercipta karena pelaku bisnis melihat bahwa pelanggan merupakan fondasi bisnis dan merekalah yang membuat bisnis tetap ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas consumer relations di PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Jakarta Selatan Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dimana peneliti menelaah sautu kasus secara intensif dan mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi.Yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 2(dua) orang wakil dari perusahaan dan 2 (dua) orang wakil dari konsumen atau pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan temuan yaitu 1) Bagaimana Business Consultant menggali informasi awal tentang consumer yang dilakukan oleh para consultant. 2) Aktivitasconsumer relations dalam melayani pelanggan meliputi 3 faktor: Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Business Consultan adalah Bentuk Komunikasi langsung dan tidak langsung dengan konsumen, Pelayanan terbaik yang diberikan konsumen, dan Penanganan keluhan dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dalam mencapai layanan melakukan berbagai aktivitas consumer relations baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Business Consultant yang menjalani peran sebagai consumer relations dalam berhububungan dengan konsumen telah mengerti akan pentingnya dan menjalani aktivitas consumer relations yang telah ditentukan di PT Rifan Financindo. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Komunikasi, Hubungan Konsumen, , PT Rifan Financindo The development of the business world such as investment services is increasing day by day. This increase must of course be accompanied by good and synergistic customer relations services. For this reason, consumer relations plays an important role in public services for customers and consumers. The concept of consumer relations is created because business people see that customers are the foundation of the business and they are what keep the business going. This study aims to determine consumer relations activities at PT Rifan Financindo Futures, South Jakarta This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research where the researcher examines a case intensively and in depth. This study uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The informants in this study were 2 (two) representatives from the company and 2 (two) representatives from consumers or customers. The results of the study resulted in findings, namely 1) How did the Business Consultants dig up initial information about consumers by the consultants. 2) Consumer relations activities in serving customers include 3 factors: Communication carried out by Business Consultants is a form of direct and indirect communication with consumers, the best service provided by consumers, and Handling complaints with consumers. This study concludes that in achieving service, various consumer relations activities are carried out, either directly or indirectly. Business Consultants who play a role as consumer relations in dealing with consumers have understood the importance and carried out consumer relations activities that have been determined at PT Rifan Financindo.
