Abstract

Analytic Hierarchy Process is a method used to make decisions from Multi Criteria to solve complex problems in selecting partners. This study aims to use this approach to build a partner selection system using utilizing competitive priorities values from administrative, quality, delivery, financial, technical and price criteria. The researchers used questionnaires distributed for functional managers and auction committees. This study concluded that the price is the most important criterion among competitive priorities criteria for selecting as it got a percentage of 0.506 of the general sum, followed by technical criteria with a value of 0.197 and the criteria for quality with a value of 0.142, financial criteria with a value of 0.057 and delivery criteria with a value of 0.057. This study concluded that partner B chose as best supplier due to got highest priority. Keywords: supplier partners, selection, criteria, alternatives, AHP Analytic Hierarchy Proses adalah sebuah cara yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan dari Multi Criteria dan digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang komplek dalam pemilihan mitra kerja. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan pendekatan tersebut untuk membangun sistem pemilihan mitra kerja dengan mengunakan nilai bobot prioritas dari kriteria administrasi, kualitas, pengiriman, keuangan, teknis serta harga. Peneliti mengunakan kuisioiner ke beberapa manager fungsional serta panitia lelang. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa harga merupakan kriteria pembobotan paling tinggi diantara kriteria yang ada dengan nilai 0,506 dari keseluruhan kriteria, diikuti oleh kriteria teknis dengan nilai 0,197 dan kriteria kualiatas dengan nilai 0,142, kriteria keuangan dengan nilai 0,057 serta kriteria pengiriman dengan nilai 0,057. Dari penelitin ini juga diketahui bahwa mitra kerja B terpilih sebagai supplier teratas karena mempunyai bobot nilai yang paling tinggi.
