Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of career development, organizational Justice and organizational culture to turnover intention in Management Building PT Garuda Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. The object for this research is employee at in Management Building PT Garuda Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. This research was done to 85 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods were carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square Variance Based Structural Equation Modelling. The result of this study prove that career development, organizational justice and organizational culture has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention Keywords: career development, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention Management Building PT Garuda Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Management Building PT Garuda Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 85 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner. Metode analisis data mengguanakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir, keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
