Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of convenience, perceived benefits, perceptions of security, perceptions of risk, user trust and interest in using e-wallet applications. The number of respondents involved in this study were as many as 150 respondents, all respondents were E-wallet users in Jakarta. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Further research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the help of the Smartpls program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, perceived risk and trust are factors that influence the intention to use of e-wallet applications; (2) perceived ease of use and perceived risk are factors that affect the perceived usefulness of e-wallet applications and (3) perceived ease of use, perceived risk and perceived usefulness are factors that affect the trust of ewallet application users . Keywords: Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, perceived risk, trust, intention to use, Partial Least Square Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi keamanan, persepsi resiko, kepercayaan pengguna dan minat penggunaan aplikasi e-wallet. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 150 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pengguna E-wallet di Jakarta. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program Smartpls. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, perceived risk dan trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to use pengguna aplikasi e-wallet; (2) perceived ease of use dan perceived risk memiliki pengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness pengguna aplikasi e-wallet dan (3) perceived ease of use, perceived risk dan perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh terhadap trust pengguna aplikasi e-wallet.
