Abstract

ub area of Receipt Funds Management, Treasury Division of PT PLN (Persero) Head Office, is one of the sub-area that support the implementation of the P2APST information system (Management and Controlling of Revenue Flow Managed Centrally). One of its special task is to manage the collecting fees paid to the Bank/Post Office as the Collecting Agent in accepting the payment of electricity bills and other bills. System Management and Controlling of Revenue Flow Managed Centrally (P2APST System) is a payment system of Electricity Bills and Other Bills paid through the system of Bank/Post Office managed centrally with realtime online system in any transactions of the Electricity Bills and Other Bills and the transaction successfully processed by the system of Bank/Post Office. Its funds transferred directly from the bank account to the account of PT PLN (Persero). Collection Fees are compensation in an amount of rupiah’s currency agreed between PT PLN (Persero) with Bank/Post Office and being the rights of the Bank/Post Office must be paid by PT PLN (Persero) for any transactions made by customers through the services facilities of Bank/Post Office. Billing administration of the collection fees needs the accuracy of data transaction which has been verified and approved by both parties. In this case, the reciprocal relationship with fast and precise between PT PLN (Persero) with Bank/Pot is a must because there is an SLA (Service Level Agreement) to be fulfilled by PT PLN (Persero) to guarantee the level of service quality satisfaction to the Bank/Pos as organizers of P2APST system. The software development process using UML (Unified Modeling Language) models. It will be used to identify and to analize problems, requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and testing of the application. PHP and Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL had been using for creating the information system. Keywords : P2APST, Collection Fees
