Abstract

The use of Information system outsourcing company in the HR unit will be helpful, particularly in information dissemination management jobs, therefore, this project resulted in a web-based information system, called the Ciptamaya Human Resources Information System. for this job vacancy information on the company's existing clients from Ciptamaya are included on media information published by Ciptamaya through newspapers and other mass media. It gives the performance Ciptamaya deemed ineffective and inefficient. Ciptamaya therefore require an information system that serves to store data resumes online job search where users can share this information system and become self-promotion tool through a Curriculum vitae that are online. Besides these information systems to help its users in finding jobs, the expected users to get a job. By using this program the client company can deliver jobs and get qualified human resources. This information system is built using some concepts like the concept of SDLC, DFD, PSPEC, DD, client-server and others that are useful in supporting the creation website design. This system runs on an Apache web server with PHP language and MySQL database, to manage the database using a DBMS tool called phpMyAdmin In the stage of website design, web designed with as much detail as possible to avoid some errors in the making, this is done starting from the description of the needs of the system until the final design of the database to be used Once the system is created, the system is implemented and tested, until finally found a few mistakes can be corrected until the system is running smoothly without any errors which make the system fails to run. Penggunaan sistem informasi perusahaan outsourcing di unit HR akan membantu, terutama dalam informasi pekerjaan manajemen penyebaran, oleh karena itu, proyek ini mengakibatkan sistem informasi berbasis web, yang disebut Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia Ciptamaya. untuk informasi lowongan kerja pada klien yang sudah ada perusahaan dari Ciptamaya disertakan pada media informasi yang diterbitkan oleh Ciptamaya melalui surat kabar dan media massa lainnya. Ini memberikan kinerja Ciptamaya dianggap tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu Ciptamaya memerlukan sistem informasi yang berfungsi untuk menyimpan data resume mencari pekerjaan online di mana pengguna dapat berbagi sistem informasi ini dan menjadi alat promosi diri melalui vitae Kurikulum yang sedang online. Selain sistem informasi ini untuk membantu penggunanya dalam mencari pekerjaan, pengguna diharapkan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Dengan menggunakan program ini perusahaan klien dapat memberikan pekerjaan dan mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan beberapa konsep seperti konsep SDLC, DFD, PSPEC, DD, client-server dan lain-lain yang berguna dalam mendukung desain website penciptaan. Sistem ini berjalan pada web server Apache dengan bahasa PHP dan database MySQL, untuk mengelola database menggunakan alat yang disebut DBMS phpMyAdmin Pada tahap desain website, web yang dirancang dengan sedetail mungkin untuk menghindari beberapa kesalahan dalam pembuatan, ini dilakukan mulai dari deskripsi kebutuhan sistem sampai desain akhir dari database yang akan digunakan Setelah sistem dibuat, sistem ini diterapkan dan diuji, sampai akhirnya menemukan beberapa kesalahan dapat diperbaiki sampai sistem berjalan lancar tanpa setiap kesalahan yang membuat sistem gagal untuk menjalankan.
