Abstract
The most important part in the bridge construction component is the placement system. Elastomeric bearings are a type of bearing commonly used in bridge construction. Errors in planning calculations will pose a risk of construction collapse. The purpose of the elastomer installation planning simulation is to determine the technical data for elastomer installation referring to SNI 3967:2013 and to understand the elastomeric placement design calculations referring to the elastomer placement design guidelines stipulated in a circular letter from PUPR in 2015 and elastomeric bearing specifications in SNI 3967:2013. The elastomeric placement design was simulated on the BH114 Railway Bridge construction project. 206+000 - kms. 209+300 between Madiun - Kedung Banteng along 3.3 KM'SP Surabaya Gubeng - Solo.
