Abstract
As a big country in Southeast Asia, Indonesia has compositions is 8.56%, or about 21,84 of the overall population in Indonesia is disabled, Where rights and their basic needs have not been met because, the stigma of their inability to contribute in the work of the underestimated. They also indirectly executed from the environmental, economic, and social. Their condition may be only a little impact on their ability to work and participate in the community, or even have a major impact so as to require the support or assistance of another person. The purpose of this study is to design and implement a job search system and a system that provides information about job vacancies for disability that is expected to help the group disability to get the training. Information systems for disabled using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) as a method of software development and Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service. (PIECES) as a method of analysis used. Therefore, we design a solution for finding the best jobs for people with disabilities, and the company can also look for employees with disabilities according to the ability that they have, using the application provider of jobs for the disabled “MyFindable”. The result of this research is the website named “Myfindable” which has the features of training, and also provide information about the jobs that will facilitate the group disabilities to find jobs such. Keywords— Disability, Information Systems, RAD, PIECES —Sebagai negara besar di Asia Tenggara, Indonesia mempunyai 8,56%lataumsekitar 21,84 dari keseluruhan pendudukmdi Indonesia merupakanLpenyandang Disabilitas, Dimana hak danmkebutuhan dasar mereka belummterpenuhi karena, stigma ketidakmampuan mereka berkontribusi dalam pekerjaan dipandang sebelah mata. Merekamjuga secaraLtidak langsung tereksekusi dari lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Kondisi mereka mungkin hanya sedikit berdampak pada kemampuan mereka untuk bekerja dan berpartisipasi di tengah masyarakat, atau bahkan berdampak besar sehingga memerlukan dukungan atauKbantuan dari orang lain. Tujuan dariUpenelitian ini ialah merancangodan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem pencarian kerja dan sistem yang menyediakan informasi seputar lowongan pekerjaan bagi disabilitas yang diharapkan akan membantu kelompok disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pelatihan. Sistem informasi pencarian kerja bagi disabilitas ini menggunakan Rapid ApplicationMDevelopment (RAD) sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dan Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service. (PIECES) sebagai metode analisa yang digunakan. Maka dari itu, kami merancang solusi untuk mencarikan pekerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas, dan perusahaan juga bisa mencari pegawai yang menyandang disabilitas sesuai kemampuan yang mereka miliki, menggunakan aplikasi penyedia pekerjaan bagi disabilitas “MyFindable”. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah website bernama “Myfindable” yang mempunyai fitur pelatihan, dan juga menyediakan informasi mengenai lowongan kerja yang akan memudahkan kelompok disabilitas untuk mengetahui lowongan pekerjaan tersebut Kata kunci: Disabilitas, Sistem Informasi, RAD, PIECES
