Abstract
ABSTRAK Suhu merupakan informasi yang sangat penting untuk diketahui dalam penentuan kualitas zat cair dalam dunia Industri. Peningkatan kualitas merupakan sesuatu yang sangat esensial bagi sebuah industri manufaktur agar terus menjaga keberlangsungan produksi dan peningkatan keuntungan perusahaan. Proses awal pengecekan suhu cat dilakukan menggunakan pendingin air dengan suhu normal yang menyebabkan lama dingin nya suhu cat setelah pencampuran material cat yang dilakukan oleh mesin yang berkecepatan tinggi dan menggunakan termometer batang yang kurang efisien karena tidak bisa di monitor secara online. Belum adanya alat ukur suhu khususnya zat cair dalam bentuk digital untuk pengecekan suhu cat mendorong penulis melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang digitalisasi alat ukur suhu cat tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memonitoring suhu cat menggunakan sensor DS18B20 dan modul pendingin peltier TEC1-12706 berbasis IOT. Untuk membuat sistem monitoring suhu cat diperlukan komponen modul peltier TEC1-12706 untuk mendinginkan bak air dan modul thermostat W 1209 sebagai alat pengendali suhu air. Sensor suhu DS18B20 waterproof sebagai parameter suhu cat menggunakan Modul NodeMCU ESP8266 yang dapat di monitoring lewat laptop maupun handphone android. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukan bahwa response time peltier mendinginkan suhu air pada pukul 08.00 yaitu 50,5 menit, pukul 12.00 yaitu 73 menit dan pukul 19.00 yaitu 40,25 menit. Sensor suhu termostat dengan termometer air raksa di dapat selisih suhu rata-rata 2,09%. Sensor suhu DS18B20 dengan termostat air raksa di dapat selisih suhu rata-rata 0,37%. Buzzer menyala disaat suhu cat sudah berada di setpoint 28 ͦC di dapat hasil akurasi 90%. Aplikasi blynk dengan sensor suhu DS18B20 yang ditampilkan di LCD 16x2 di dapat selisih sebesar 2,48%. Kata kunci : Peltier TEC1-12706, Sensor DS18B20, NodeMCU ESP8266, Sistem monitoring, ABSTRACT Temperature is very important information to know in ensuring the quality of liquids in the industrial world. Quality improvement is something that is very important for a manufacturing industry in order to continue to maintain production continuity and increase company profits. The initial process of checking the cat's temperature is carried out using an air conditioner with a normal temperature which causes the length of time the cat's temperature is cold to be mixed after the paint material is carried out by a high machine and using an inefficient rod thermometer online. The absence of temperature measuring instruments, especially liquids in digital form for checking the cat's temperature, prompted the author to conduct further research on digitizing the cat's temperature measuring instrument. The purpose of this research is to monitor the paint temperature using the DS18B20 sensor and the IOT-based Peltier TEC1-12706 cooling module. To make a paint temperature monitoring system, a TEC1-12706 peltier module is needed to cool the water bath and a W 1209 thermostat module as a temperature controller. The DS18B20 waterproof sensor as a temperature parameter uses the NodeMCU ESP8266 Module which can be monitored via a laptop or android phone. The test results that have been carried out show that the peltier response time cools the water temperature at 08.00 which is 50.5 minutes, at 12.00 which is 73 minutes and at 19.00 which is 40.25 minutes. The thermostat temperature sensor with a mercury thermometer has an average temperature difference of 2.09%. The DS18B20 temperature sensor with a mercury thermostat has an average temperature difference of 0.37%. The buzzer turns on when the paint temperature is at the setpoint of 28 ͦC with 90% accuracy.
