Abstract
Partition panels are not only used as room dividers but also for exhibitions, booths, and displaying works of art. Partition panels currently still require adjustments in the field during the installation and dismantling processes, including the adjustment of indentations between panels, locking between panels, connection systems, and the installation of lighting. With separate hinges, lockers, support legs, spotlights, and frames, users will require additional time and effort to install and adjust the partition panels. The modular system is very suitable for an exhibition panel. Modular design, or "modularity in is a design approach that divides a system into small parts called modules, which are self-contained and then used in different systems. The process of assembling panels that can be made with a modular system, such as a frame with wall panels that are integrated and have a connection system as well as rotation, will be more helpful to the user in the lighting department if spotlights have a special design on the locking part and the connecting system between them. Keywords: Panel, Connection System, Modular Panel partisi tidak hanya digunakan sebagai pembatas ruangan saja melainkan untuk acara pameran, booth serta untuk meletakkan hasil karya seni. Panel partisi saat ini masih memerlukan penyesuaian di lapangan saat proses pemasangan dan pembongkaran, penyesuaian lekukan antar panel, penguncian antar panel, sistem sambung serta pemasangan lighting. Dengan engsel, pengunci, kaki penyangga, lampu sorot dan rangka yang terpisah, pengguna akan memerlukan waktu dan tenaga tambahan untuk memasang dan menyesuaikan panel partisi tersebut. Sistem modular sangat cocok digunakan untuk sebuah panel pameran. Desain modular, atau “modularitas dalam desain”, adalah pendekatan desain yang membagi sistem menjadi bagian-bagian kecil yang disebut modul, yang bersifat mandiri dan kemudian digunakan dalam sistem yang berbeda. Proses pada perakitan panel ini dapat dibuat dengan sistem modular seperti rangka dengan dinding panel sudah menyatu serta memiliki sistem sambung sekaligus rotasi maka penguna akan lebih terbantu lalu pada bagian pencahayaan jika lampu sorot memiliki desain khusus pada bagian pengunci serta sistem sambung antar lampu tidak lagi secara manual pengguna akan lebih aman dan mempermudah saat pemasangan.
