Abstract
Title: Mode Choice Analysis of Bus Transjakarta and Online Taxi Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method (Case Study of CBD Ciledug–Blok M). Name: Sukma Prima Majiid, NIM: 41117010047, Supervisor: Sylvia Indriany, S.T., M.T, 2022. The choice of easy and comfortable transportation modes does not mean that public transportation such as Transjakarta is less popular, because in terms of cost Transjakarta has the advantage of cheaper prices. However, users of a mode are not always influenced by cost factors or cheaper costs. Transjakarta buses can only drop off passengers along the route that has been determined, while Online Taxi can drop off passengers at the desired destination. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire for users in the Ciledug CBD area to Blok M and processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method consisting of variables of cost, speed, comfort, safety, and convenience. The results of characteristics of the respondents showed that most respondents that traveled on the CBD Ciledug - Blok M route, the most widely used was the Transjakarta Bus by 67%, the second was Online Taxi by 28%, and the third chose transportation other than Transjakarta Bus and Online Taxi by 5%. As for the factors that influence the selection of Transjakarta Bus and Online Taxi transportation modes with the aim of CBD Ciledug-Blok M, namely regarding the comparison consideration factor in the first order factor, namely the Cost factor of 23%, the Speed factor of 20%, the Comfort factor of 21% Security of 19%, and finally the Ease factor of 17%. Pemilihan moda transportasi yang mudah dan nyaman bukan berarti membuat transportasi umum seperti Transjakarta sepi peminat, karena dari segi biaya Transjakarta memiliki keunggulan yaitu harga lebih murah. Walaupun demikian pengguna suatu moda tidak selalu di pengaruhi oleh faktor biaya atau ongkos yang lebih murah. Bus Transjakarta hanya dapat menurunkan penumpang di sepanjang rute yang telah di tentukan, sedangkan Taxi Online dapat menurunkan penumpang di tempat tujuan yang di kehendaki. Data Primer di peroleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap para pengguna di wilayah CBD Ciledug menuju Blok M dan di olah dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarki Process (AHP) terdiri dari variabel biaya, kecepatan, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kemudahan. Hasil karakteristik responden manunjukkan mayoritas responden bahwa perjalanan rute CBD Ciledug - Blok M, yang paling banyak digunakan yang pertama adalah Bus Transjakarta sebesar 67%, yang ke dua adalah Taksi Online sebesar 28%, dan yang ke tiga memilih transportasi selain Bus Transjakarta dan Taksi Online sebesar 5%. Adapun faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan moda transportasi Bus Transjakarta dan Taksi Online dengan tujuan dari CBD Ciledug–Blok M yaitu mengenai faktor pertimbangan perbandingan dalam faktor urutan pertama yaitu faktor Biaya sebesar 23%, faktor Kecepatan sebesar 20%, faktor Kenyamanan sebesar 21% Keamanan sebesar 19%, dan terakhir faktor Kemudahan 17%.
