Abstract
Title : Comparison of cost, quality and time of semi-conventional formwork and aluminum formwork in Shearwall 3rd and 6th floors of the Sky House AlamSutera Apartment project, Name: Ferdi Hidayat Nim: 41117010112 Supervisor: Ir. Panani Kesai, M.sc., Formwork is a support system as a concrete mold or box area that is adjusted to the desired size, on the Sky House Alam Sutera project Using 2 different types of formwork, of course differences in work methods, quality, time, and formwork quality are different, therefore it is necessary to carry out an effective comparison of shearwall work which is a reinforced concrete slab wall installed vertically. This study aims to analyze the comparison of cost, quality and time on semiconventional formwork and aluminum formwork and determine the efficiency level of shearwall formwork. Keywords: formwork, aluminum formwork, semi-conventional formwork, comparison of costs, quality and time. Judul : Perbandingan biaya, mutu dan waktu bekisting semi konvensional dan bekisting alumunium pada pengerjaan Shearwall lantai 3 dan 6 pada proyek Apartemen Sky House AlamSutera, Nama: Ferdi Hidayat Nim: 41117010112 Dosen Pembimbing: Ir. Panani Kesai, M.sc., Bekisting merupakan sistem pendukung sebagai cetakan beton atau bidang kotak yang di sesuaikan dengan ukuran yang diinginkan, pada proyek Sky House Alam Sutera Memakai 2 jenis bekisting yang berbeda, tentu perbedaan pada metode pekerjaan, mutu, waktu, serta kualitas bekisting yang berbeda, maka dari itu perlu dilakukannya perbandingan yang efektif pada pekerjaan shearwall yang merupakan dinding slab beton bertulang yang dipasang vertikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis perbandingan biaya, mutu dan waktu pada pekerjaan bekisting semi konvensional dan bekisting alumunium dan menentukan tingkat efisiensi pada pekerjaan bekisting shearwall. Kata kunci : Bekisting, Bekisting alumunium, Bekisting semi konvensional, perbandingan biaya, mutu dan waktu.
