Abstract
Pedestrian lane is a space provided for pedestrians, with the pedestrian lane expected pedestrians will feel safe, comfortable and smooth when doing activities. But the pedestrian path will not be complete without the facilities and infrastructure (Complementary Elements of the Pedestrian Path) that can help pedestrian activities. There are still many pedestrian pathways that lack complementary elements that conform to the standard and some even do not have complementary elements. The purpose of this study is to determine the completeness of the complementary elements on the pedestrian path, assess the complementary elements are in accordance with established standards or not according to the standard and obtain information or response from pedestrians about the complementary elements especially in katedral road, Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with two research instruments namely observation and questionnaires. Observations use standards set by the Minister of Public Works Regulation. The sample of this study was pedestrians on the katedral road with data collection using a questionnaire to 50 respondents. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study showed that pedestrian path on katedral road has almost all the complementary elements needed by pedestrians, the results of the assessment get complementary elements of drainage (3.33), green line (3.66), and street lighting (3.75) included in the very good category. Seats (3.0), markers, signs, information boards (3.0) and bus stop (2.6) included in either category. Based on the results of the pedestrian questionnaire, the green line (75.16%) included in the very good category, street lighting (71%), drainage (66.75%), seating (69.87%), bus stops (65.75%) and markers, signs, information boards (information boards (65.6%) included in the good category. Complementary elements that do not exist are safety fences, bins and public telephones. Keywords: Evaluation, Perception, Complementary Elements, Pedestrian Path Jalur pedestrian merupakan suatu ruang yang disediakan untuk pejalan kaki, dengan adanya jalur pedestrian diharapkan pejalan kaki akan merasa aman, nyaman dan lancar saat melakukan akitivitas. Tetapi jalur pedestrian tidak akan lengkap tanpa adanya sarana dan prasarana (Elemen Pelengkap Jalur Pedestrian) yang dapat membantu aktivitas pejalan kaki. Jalur pedestrian yang ada sekarang masih banyak yang kurang memiliki elemen pelengkap yang sesuai standar bahkan ada yang tidak memiliki elemen pelengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelengkapan elemen pelengkap pada jalur pedestrian, menilai elemen pelengkap sudah sesuai standar yang ditetapkan atau belum sesuai standar dan memperoleh informasi atau respon dari pejalan kaki tentang elemen pelengkap khusunya di jalan katedral Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan dua instrumen penelitian yaitu observasi dan kuisioner. Observasi menggunakan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pejalan kaki di jalan katedral dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner kepada 50 responden. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan jalur pedestrian di jalan katedral hampir memiliki semua elemen pelengkap yang dibutuhkan pejalan kaki, hasil dari penilain mendapatkan elemen pelengkap drainase (3.33), jalur hijau (3.66), dan lampu penerangan (3.75) masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Tempat duduk (3.0), marka, perambuan, papan informasi (3.0) dan halte (2.6) masuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner pejalan kaki, jalur hijau (75.16%) masuk kategori sangat baik, lampu penerangan (71%), drainase (66.75%), tempat duduk (69.87%), halte (65.75%) dan marka, perambuan, papan informasi (65.6%) masuk dalam kategotri baik. Elemen pelengkap yang tidak ada adalah pagar pengaman, tempat sampah dan telepon umum. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Persepsi, Elemen Pelengkap, Jalur Pedestrian
