Abstract
The evacuation route is a route intended to get people to save themselves immediately in the event of a disaster, and easily find out what they have to do or where they have to go out to save themselves. Existing regulations become the standard for the construction of a building that should have been applied to every construction of a multi-storey building. Scope of discussion the supporting elements of the evacuation route in this apartment include: Evacuation Line, Exit, Fire Ladder, Smoke Control, Door, Emergency Lighting, Active Protection System, Passive Protection System. With the method used quantitatively. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the supporting elements of the fire path at the Casa Grande Residence Apartment - Tower Bella is in line with the standards or not. At Casa Grande Residence Apartments, Bella Tower is built on 39 floors and there are 350 units. From the results of the study it can be concluded, that the elements supporting the evacuation route at Casa Grande Residence-Tower Bella Apartments meet the standards. Keywords: Apartments, Evacuation Paths, Accessibility, Fire Evacuation Jalur evakuasi adalah jalur yang ditujukan untuk membuat orang agar dapat segera menyelamatkan diri apabila terjadi bencana, dan dengan mudah mengetahui apa saja yang harus mereka lakukan atau kemana mereka harus keluar untuk menyelamatkan diri. Regulasi-regulasi yang ada menjadi standar untuk pembangunan sebuah gedung yang seharusnya sudah diterapkan pada setiap pembangunan gedung bertingkat. Lingkup pembahasan Elemen-elemen pendukung jalur evakuasi di Apartemen ini meliputi: Jalur Evakuasi, Exit, Tangga Kebakaran, Pengendali Asap, Pintu, Pencahayaan Darurat, Sistem Proteksi Aktif, Sistem Proteksi Pasif. Dengan metode yang digunakan secara Kuantitatif. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi Elemen-elemen pendukung jalur kebakaran di Apartemen Casa Grande Residence-Tower Bella sudah sesuai dengan standar atau belum. Di Apartemen Casa Grande Residence-Tower Bella dibangun dengan 39 lantai dan terdapat 350 unit. Dari hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa Elemen-elemen pendukung jalur evakuasi di Apartemen Casa Grande Residence-Tower Bella telah memenuhi standar.
