Abstract
Flaser Relay is one of the electrical components in the motor that serves to supply the current to the lamp that changes so that it produces flickering lights. motor flasher is used to help turn signal blink or turn alternately or even together (function at hazard). One problem that arises when the Relay flaser is produced is C /M (Cycle Per Minutes) is unstable, meaning that the blinking of the turn signal is irregular. If seen from the process the NG (Not Good) part was found in the adjusting process. Corrective action is needed to minimize NG C/M unstable reject parts so that the cost reject decreases and the company profits increase. To overcome this, it is done by studying the factors that can cause the occurrence of part C/M unstable. Analysis of the assembly process on the production line,NG C/M unstable parts were carried out by material identification using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) found and automatic soldering machine applications were able to conduct soldering processes stably and minimize NG C/M unstable. Keywords: Flaser Relay, Cyle per Minutes, Not Good, Adjusting, SEM, Automatic Soldering. Kata kunci : Flaser Relay, Cyle per Minutes, Not Good, Adjusting, SEM, Soldering otomatis.
