Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi harga dan fasilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung objek wisata Pulau Pari di Kepulauan Seribu. Variabel independen yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah variable persepsi harga dan fasilitas, sedangkan kepuasan pengunjung menjadi variable terikat. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey. Kuesioner disebar kepada para pengunjung objek wisata Pulau Pari di Kepulauan Seribu. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sebanyak 100 responden pengunjung objek wisata pulau Pari berhasil dikumpulkan. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan hasil bahwa variable persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, variable fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Disamping itu terdapat pula pengaruh simultan dari persepsi harga dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung, pengelola objek wisata pulau Pari harus fokus pada kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas jasa dan meningkatkan fasilitas umum untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan menikmati objek wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci : Persepsi harga, fasilitas, kepuasan pengunjung objek wisata pulau Pari. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived price and facility on customer satisfaction of Pari island tourism object. The independent variables are perceived price and facility, whereas customer satisfaction is a dependent variable. Data collection method are using questionnaire with non probability sampling technique. Total 100 samples were obtained from the customer of Pari Island tourism object. Result data provided that, perceived price affected the customer satisfaction, facility affected the customer satisfaction. Furthermore, there is also a simultaneous influence of variable perceived price and facility on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study, in order to improve customer satisfaction on Pari island tourism object, the management should focus on the suitable price with services quality and improve the quality of facility to improve the comfort of visitor to enjoy attraction of Pari island.
